All Orders placed with us are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on your chosen method and the time-in-transit time within the contiguous US is 1 to 6 business days.All J-Strong tops allow 2 to 3 days for packaging.Most orders will normally ship within 1 to 2 business days from the order placement date. In some cases part of the order needs to be special-ordered or is on backorder which sometimes causes a delay in estimated shipping. We will notify you via email if this is the case. Orders shipped to Florida will be charged 7% sales tax unless you provide your Florida sales tax number in the appropriate sales tax field during checkout. If the cart charges Florida sales tax because the number was not entered we cannot issue a refund for already-collected sales tax.
ADDRESS PROBLEMS: If an order ships to the wrong address because of customer error, we may be able to have UPS reroute the shipment; there will be a $10 charge for a rerouted shipment and this will be passed on to you without previous notice. If UPS is not able to reroute the shipment and you still want the order, we'll have to wait for the original package to arrive at our warehouse, affix a correct label and charge new S&H which will include the UPS charge for UPS to return the package to us. If UPS must correct the address a $10 charge will be applied to the order without previous notice to the customer. Please make sure you provide correct shipping information.
The easiest way to order on our site and to avoid entering wrong information or misspellings is by creating an account. Once an account is created with correct information the only other information you will need to enter for future orders is the credit card. Our system retains your shipping/billing information; this information is not shared with anyone outside of mygppro.com. Our site is completely secure. By ordering using your account you will earn Reward Points on qualifying orders. If you donít order under your account, you will not earn points.
S&H: Our cart is quite accurate in providing estimates of S&H. If your shipment requires more than one parcel to ship or is a very voluminous shipment or is an international shipment, final S&H could be higher than what our cart quoted. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for the balance due us before we ship. If you paid with PayPal weíll ask you to disburse funds before we ship. We will not accept a cancellation because you donít agree with final S&H charges.
UPS shipments: We ship via UPS daily. For damaged shipments, UPS processes claims promptly. If a tracer must be placed on a lost or mis-delivered shipment, you must allow 8 business days for the tracer to be completed. We cannot re-ship while this is taking place. If you cannot wait and want us to re-ship sooner, you will have to place a new order. Once the claim is settled, we will refund your funds. We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for all shipments.
USPS shipments: We can ship via postal service once we schedule a pickup and they show up for the pickup. For lost or damaged shipments, USPS claims take about 30 days to be processed, we cannot re-ship until the claim is settled. If you cannot wait and want us to re-ship sooner, you will have to place a new order. Once the claim is settled, we will refund your funds. We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for all shipments.
IINTERNATIONAL Products sold by Mygppro Motor Sports may be exported from the United States only in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited. Customer warrants and represents that it is eligible to receive Products under United States law and agrees to abide by any export or re-export restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher.
